On February 7, 2026, HealingRxD attended Your Weight Matters New Orleans, a community education event hosted by the Obesity Action Coalition (OAC). The event brought together healthcare professionals, advocates, and experts to discuss the latest science and practical approaches to weight management, nutrition, and overall wellness.
The program featured evidence-based discussions on nutrition, obesity care, mental health, and treatment options, offering valuable insights that support our commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered nutrition care.
The event also provided an opportunity to connect with fellow healthcare professionals and community leaders. Anna Marie was honored to meet several distinguished individuals in healthcare, including Louisiana Surgeon General Dr. Evelyn Griffin, and to share in conversations focused on advancing public health and improving access to quality healthcare.
